The Tourer Select insurance scheme has been designed in conjunction with the British Holiday and Home Parks Association and is the only insurance carrying the Association's seal of approval. We have an exclusive partnership with BH & HPA
Touring caravans less than 12 months of age (from the initial date of registration), will be insured on a Reinstatement ("New for Old") basis.
If your Touring Caravan is between 1 and 5 years of age, you have the option to insure on a Reinstatement ("New for Old") basis or Indemnity ("Market Value") basis of settlement should it be lost or destroyed. Touring Caravans more than 5 years of age will be insured on an Indemnity ("Market Value") basis of settlement.
Tourer Select under JLT Leisure have delegated authority which allows us to pay most claims without referral to insurers, which means a swift service to our clients. You will also be assigned your own Account Handler to process your claim, giving you a personal service.
In addition, you may proceed with repairs without reference to Tourer Select where the total cost of repairs is not likely to exceed £500, but you must submit the receipted invoice and complete a claim form.
